1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Plush (plush.pk), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on our website are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices, promotions, or shipping rates at any time without prior notice. In the event of an inadvertent pricing typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel affected unfulfilled orders with immediate notice.

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

Upon submitting an order on our storefront, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. Plush customer service may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify order particulars prior to dispatch, especially for first-time Cash on Delivery orders. Orders that cannot be verified after reasonable attempts may be cancelled.

4. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and Cheque payment options. For Cash on Delivery, payment is due in full at the time of delivery to the courier representative. Repeated order refusals at doorstep without valid reason may result in suspension of COD privileges.

5. Product Descriptions & Color Representation

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our bedding products with maximum accuracy. However, slight variations in color tone may occur depending on individual monitor calibrations, studio lighting, or natural variations in artisanal Multani hand-printing processes.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns and exchanges are governed by our dedicated Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be unwashed, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, photography, graphics, logos, and digital textile prints displayed on Plush are the exclusive property of Plush Home Textiles and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws of Pakistan.
