Returns & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Exchange Window

We want you to be completely delighted with your bedding. If you received an incorrect size, color, or defective item, you may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving your parcel.

2. Eligibility Conditions

Due to the intimate hygienic nature of home bedding products, items eligible for return or exchange must meet the following criteria:

• Item must be unwashed, unused, and in its original pristine condition.
• Original tags, ribbon ties, and textile packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (Order number or invoice) must be provided.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

To request an exchange, reach out to our customer care team via WhatsApp at +92 300 1234567 or email support@plush.pk with your Order Number and photo of the item.

4. Refunds Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via Bank Transfer (IBAN) or JazzCash/EasyPaisa to your nominated account.
